SrJava Developer / Financial exp /Prop Trading firm/Chicago

Our client, a top notch proprietary trading firm with a tremendous growth and a great potential for a career development is actively looking for a talented Senior Java Developer to join their fast growing team in Chicago.

They are looking for a sharp individual and a top Java performer who will be actively working with cutting edge technologies when building their brokerage systems. He/she will take an active role in development of client’s sophisticated trading applications.

This Java Developer will be working closely with members of Business and Technical Operation teams.

You will be required to bring:

- Talent and sharpness as well as professional Java development expertise ( Java, JBOSS, Spring, Hibernate, MYSQL, SQL, Linux /Unix).

- Multithreading experience is a MUST.

- Current or recent experience working for financial industry is a MUST.

- Proprietary trading and/or brokerage experience is a PLUS.

- Leading and mentoring experience is a PLUS.

- Master’s in Computer science or related areas.
