OnBase Developer
1) Codes, tests, and implements Onbase applications and workflows
2) Writes unit test scripts and debugs code using reliable test data; obtains end user approval to promote to production
3) Create Visio flowcharts details processes
4) Use knowledge to automate process in a timely manner
5) Creates estimates and determines resource requirements for assignments and tracks progress against major milestones following project management methodology and documentation standards
6) Participates in user/customer meetings
7) Performs other duties as assigned
8) Must be able to adapt to and manage change
Skills Required & Experience (in years):
.net (1-3 years)
Access Programming (1-3 years)
Oracle Developer (<1 year)
Visio (5-7 years)
Access (<1 year)
Microsoft Outlook (5-7 years)
VB Script (3-5 years)
HTML Editors (3-5 years)
Additional Skills:
1) Extensive knowledge of Hyland Software's OnBase is Required
2) Practical knowledge of the following OnBase modules: Application Enabler, COLD, DIP, Document Imaging, Electronic Forms, Reporting, Export, Web Server, Workflow, and/or WorkView
3) Demonstrated ability to design and implement OnBase solutions working independently, utilizing modules above, as well as custom solutions involving the OnBase API's
4) Strong software development knowledge and/or background in any of the following: Microsoft Visual C#, Visual Basic, VBA,
Education Required:
Associates Degree
Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required.
