Conduct / Usage Policy

JFP Resources is comitted to providing top quality services to
our users and abides by the following code of conduct:
Privacy and screening of user input:
JFP Resources reviews and screens user input (such as resumes,
job ads, and messages between users) to insure conformity to the
code of conduct described on this page. User's form input (ie:
any information or communication inputted through our web site)
is therefore not totally private or confidential since it is
commonly viewed by our staff for the purpose of enforcing our
usage policy.
Code of Conduct:
The following rules and restrictions apply to postings on our
web site such as: job advertisements, online resumes, messages
sent via our web site between users, and company profile pages:
- Individuals making postings must be 18 years of age.
- Only individuals are allowed to post resumes. Companies
may NOT post a resume with the intent of advertising
their company's services/products or an indivdual's
services for hire within their company. Individual
(single person) independant contractors are however
welcome to post their resume as long as they are not
functioning as an employee of a multi-person consulting,
development, or similar firm.
- Postings may not contain any HTML tags unless permission
is given by JFP Resources in advance.
- Messages posted in response to job ads must comply with
any specified employer restrictions such as those that
prohibit: telecommute, geographic location, or 3rd party
responses.
- Postings may not advertise or mention the electronic
addresses of any Internet entity that we may consider our
competitor or for a non-recruiting purpose.
- Postings may not contain obscenities, or text that is
sexually explicit in nature.
- Postings can not include links or addresses to Internet
sites that contain illegal, unethical, obscene, or
sexually explicit material.
- Postings may not promote, advertise, or recruit for
companies, web sites, or entities that have an illegal,
obscene, or sexually explicit emphasis or significant
aspect.
- Postings must be relevant to the specific emphasis of
this web site.
- Message postings must not harass, coerse, or continually
bother any individuals or companies with postings on our
web site.
- Message postings must not be for the intent of attracting
individuals or companies to other web sites or BBSs for
any other reason than direct employment. No postings that
we may consider as spam or junk mail is permitted.
- All information provided in postings must be truthful and
non-deceptive in nature.
- Parties that submit fee-based postings agree to the
payment policies posted on our web site.
Enforcement:
JFP Resources reserves the right to withhold without
notification any and all postings (including messages to
employers or users) that do not comply to the above code of
conduct. In such cases JFP Resources makes a reasonable
determination as to whether or not in our opinion the code of
conduct is being complied to. JFP Resources also reserves the
right to prohibit any violators of this code of conduct from
making postings of any kind on our web site.
